Mobile Phone MLS is a mobile phone application that enables users to search for homes and obtain property details and photos from their mobile phone.

 

On GPS enabled phones, this application offers a link titled "Map Closest Homes" which displays a blue dot pin pointing where the user is on a map and approximately 20 of the nearest properties for sale.

 

Upon selecting a map pin and viewing property details, users may press the phone icon which immediately connects the home buyer to the Statewide Dispatch.

 

Statewide Dispatch offers pre-approved home buyers immediate home showings via GPS Buyers Agents or the Nearest Realtor. Additionally, office support is available to realtors out on the field showing properties.

 

GPS Buyers Agents are ready, willing, and able to show homes in a moments notice to registered pre-approved buyers. These realtors display their GPS location on an online map with a map pin.Each map pin has a number which is the assigned agents unit and phone extension. This enables users to identify the nearest GPS Buyers Agent, call the main line 916-756-4300 plus the extension, and reach the agent directly.

 

Nearest Agent may be two miles, two blocks, or two houses away from the property a home buyer wishes to see.

 

Pre-approved home buyers should not have to wait to see the inside of a home. In today's economy, with todays technology, and numerous realtors throughout the State we can work together to provide immediate home showings.

 

To continuously improve response times and encourage company growth, we offer our realtors an incentive of 5% residual for recruiting other realtors throughout the State. Regardless of technology, no one can show a home quicker than the Nearest Agent but to grow our network, it still comes down to good old fashion win/win working relationships.
